At sri Bhakti Bazar, we deeply value the sanctity and quality of our spiritual products. However, due to the nature of our items, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

To process your return smoothly, please send us an email with a clear description of the issue. Include visual proof such as photos or a short video showing the damage or defect, along with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. This helps our team verify and resolve the concern quickly..
🚚 Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner wherever possible. In locations where return pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to courier the item back to our address. In such cases, shipping charges may be reimbursed if the return reason is found valid upon inspection.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within five to seven working days. If the same item is available in stock, we may offer a replacement as an alternative, depending on your preference and the situation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity. This includes opened packets of consumables, customized or stitched deity clothing, used products, or items returned without original packaging. Such items will not be accepted even if sent back without prior approval.
❌ Cancellations
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within two hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing or dispatch and cancellation may not be possible.
